CJdropshipping Guide: Sign-up, Products, Shipping and Orders
CJdropshipping is one of the most popular dropshipping platforms in the Arab world: millions of products with no minimum order, warehouses in several countries including Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and an API to connect your store. Here is what you need to know.
1. Create an account
Sign-up is free. You get a dashboard with product search, orders, wallet and integration settings — no subscription needed.
2. Find products
- Search in English with specific keywords such as dog toy rather than broad ones like pets.
- Use the warehouse filter to see products stocked near your customers.
- Check photos, reviews and weights before adding a product.
3. Warehouses and carriers
Each product may be stocked in one or more warehouses, and each warehouse offers carriers with different prices and delivery times. Use the shipping calculator for your customers’ country and do not always pick the cheapest option — very long delivery times create complaints. Some products, such as liquids, need special shipping lines.
4. Wallet and paying the supplier
CJ needs the product and shipping cost paid before fulfilment. Top up your wallet and turn on automatic payment so orders ship as soon as they arrive. CJ does not collect from your customer, so cash on delivery only works if you have a courier that collects.
5. API key and integration
Create an API key in your account settings to connect your store. Keep it safe and only generate a new one when needed, since that cancels the old key. The DropStore template uses it to import products, send orders and fetch tracking numbers automatically.
6. Orders, tracking and disputes
Once an order ships you get a tracking number. If a product arrives damaged or wrong, open a dispute within the allowed time with photos or video from the customer to get a refund or replacement. Always keep customer messages and photos.
