By using DropStore or buying any plan you agree to these terms. The seller is Momen Business Solutions (Egypt).
The product
DropStore is a digital online-store script (PHP/MySQL) delivered as a downloadable zip file. The “Template + installation” plan includes an installation and setup service on your hosting.
License
- A non-exclusive license to use the template for one store on one domain.
- You may modify the code for your own use.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share or publish the template, in whole or in part, modified or not.
- Contact us for licenses for additional stores.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and paid once via PayPal: Template $79, Template + installation $149. We charge no subscriptions or recurring fees.
Delivery
- The download link appears as soon as payment completes and is emailed to you; it is valid for 14 days and up to 10 downloads, and can be renewed on request.
- For the installation plan we contact you within 24 hours of receiving your installation details; we need suitable access to your hosting to complete it.
Updates and support
The license includes 6 months of free updates from purchase and support for 14 days (email) or 30 days (WhatsApp, installation plan) to help you run the existing features. Support does not cover custom development or new features.
Buyer responsibilities
- Providing hosting that meets the requirements, creating your own supplier, payment gateway and AI accounts, and paying their fees.
- Complying with the laws where you sell, including business licenses, taxes, consumer protection and data protection.
- Making sure the products you sell are allowed and not counterfeit.
- Writing and reviewing your store policies to match how you operate.
Third-party services
The template integrates with services we do not control, such as CJdropshipping, PayPal, payment gateways and AI providers. Changes to their services, terms, prices or availability are outside our responsibility; during the update period we will make reasonable efforts to update the template when their APIs change.
Disclaimer
The template is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee sales or profits; results depend on your products, marketing and market conditions.
Limitation of liability
In all cases our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan, and we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits or data.
Termination
The license ends automatically if these terms are breached or the payment is refunded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
